By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you may not use the Service.
AdvisorOS is a directory service that aggregates publicly available registration data from the SEC and FINRA to provide a searchable database of registered financial advisors. We also offer tools for estimating advisory fees, benchmarking practices, and matching consumers with advisors.
AdvisorOS does not provide financial, investment, tax, or legal advice. The information on this site is for informational purposes only. You should consult with a qualified professional before making any financial decisions. See our Disclaimer for more details.
Certain features require authentication via email. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account.
Advisor profiles are generated from public SEC/FINRA data. Advisors may claim and edit their profiles after identity verification. We reserve the right to remove or modify any profile at our discretion. Claimed profile content must be accurate and not misleading.
You may not: scrape or bulk-download data from the Service; use the Service for spam, harassment, or fraud; impersonate another person or advisor; interfere with the operation of the Service; or violate any applicable laws.
The AdvisorOS name, logo, design system, and original content are owned by Flashlight Project Inc. Advisor data sourced from public registrations remains in the public domain.
The Service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any damages arising from your use of the Service, including but not limited to inaccuracies in advisor data, service interruptions, or decisions made based on information found on the site.
We may modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.
